Office Closure for Summer Holiday
Our school office will be closed for summer holidays beginning June 26. Our office will re-open on August 26, and the first day of school for students is Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Our Logo and Motto, "Hand and Hand into the Future", speaks to our Christ-Centered belief that it takes a collaborative partnership between the home, school and the extended community to educate a child to become productive and responsible members of their community in the future. Our logo, motto, mission statement and shared values speak to our Catholic values and orientation of the school.
We are a Catholic and student-centered community which works to ensure high standards of academics and discipline. We offer both a comprehensive academic core program and a variety of complementary programs designed to meet the academic, spiritual, social and physical needs of our students.
As a 21st century school, we concentrate on building academic achievement and global citizenship by fostering an environment where student engagement in the areas of Digital-Age Literacy, Critical and Inventive Thinking, Effective Communication and High Productivity are fostered. We recognize and celebrate that the rich and varied opportunities we offer our students as it provides the groundwork and foundation necessary to ensure our students develop into responsible, productive members of their community; ready to face the challenges of the 21st Century.
As the District focus site for both, the Enhanced Academic Placement Program and the Academic Support Program, we serve a number of communities and families from within Ward 73. Serving the greater community of Clareview in North East Edmonton, Alberta we accept families from the communities of Kirkness, Fraser, Clareview Campus, Hairsine, Bannerman, Sifton Park, Belmont, Kernohan, River Valley Hermitage, Canon Ridge, Overlanders and Homesteader.
At St. Elizabeth Seton we are also committed to providing a positive academic atmosphere in a caring, safe, and Christ-centered learning environment in order to maximize the educational opportunities for all students. We offer students a variety of programs, both academic and co-curricular programs geared towards serving the diverse needs of our students. Our consistent performance in our provincial test results demonstrates our school’s focus on academic studies.

School Logo
The St. Elizabeth Seton logo focuses on a circle; an icon used throughout the Division which speaks to community, scared circle, and the global reach. In this circle is a stylized "S" for "Seton" which loops around itself to show balance and continuation. The "S" wraps around a cross which references the Catholicity of ECSD.
